WindGuard Certification is the independent certification body of the WindGuard Group. We certify power generating units and plants, types and projects, both onshore and offshore. We are accredited to ISO/IEC 17065 and run our own test laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025. Since 2011, we have been helping to connect power plants to the grid worldwide.
Every market has its own rules. We know them.
Whether you need a unit certificate for grid connection, a type certificate under IECRE OD-501 or an assessment for lifetime extension, every market and every grid operator has its own requirements. We measure in our own accredited test laboratory, assess independently and support you all the way to your certificate. As one of only a few IECRE-recognised bodies for type certification worldwide, we work for manufacturers and operators in Germany and around the globe.
